Farmers Insurance Group has chosen Church Brothers Downtown as their Indiana C.O.D. Shop of the Year!  The employees at this location were chosen out of 30 shops across the state based on a number of criteria including:

• Claims Volume
• Estimate Accuracy
• Cycle Time, and
• Customer Service Scores

"Church Brothers Downtown earned this recognition not just because their scores in all of the measurable categories were superior, but also because of their friendliness and professionalism both to the Farmers staff and, most importantly, to our customers," said Rick Hootman, Indiana C.O.D. Coordinator, Farmers Insurance.
