Church Brothers Announces Scholarship Program for High School Students

Indianapolis, Indiana, December 1, 2011 – Church Brothers Collision Repair, LLC is proud to announce the creation of the “Tom Hines Memorial Scholarship.” In conjunction with the Center Grove Scholarship Foundation, Church Brothers will give a $2,000 scholarship to each of two students (one male and one female) graduating from Center Grove High School in 2012.

“Earlier this year we lost a key member of our Church Brothers family, Tom Hines. Tom had been with Church Brothers for over 22 years and was, at the time of his passing, the Facility Manager at our Greenwood location,” said Ted McClintic, President of Church Brothers. “Tom believed that a large part of our success at that location was due to the support of the Center Grove community. We wanted to do something special to honor Tom and the leadership and character he exhibited on a daily basis and we felt like giving something back to the community would be exactly what he would have wanted.”

Applicants for the scholarships will be vetted by the Center Grove Scholarship Foundation and finalists will be sent to Church Brothers for final selection. In addition to the minimum requirements set forth by the foundation, candidates must exhibit the following: (1) Character/Leadership; (2) School/Community Involvement; (3) Involvement in Interscholastic Athletics or Cheerleading; and (4) Love of the outdoors.

Church Brothers Collision Repair, LLC is a local, family-owned and operated collision repair company founded in 1929. They operate six locations in and around the greater Indianapolis area.
